Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with flexibility to work remotely. The Subsidiary Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the subsidiary meets its financial and operational goals. The Subsidiary Managing Director will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and managing risk.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar role
- Experience in the Real Estate or Investment industry is preferred
- Knowledge of business operations and financial management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Relevant certifications in business administration, management, or finance are a plus
