Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Regularly counting and recording stock levels to ensure accuracy, and reconciling any discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
  • Receiving Shipments: Inspecting incoming goods for damage or inconsistencies, processing them into the inventory system, and ensuring proper storage.
  • Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing items for orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers or internal departments.
  • Reporting: Preparing detailed inventory reports, highlighting issues such as shortages, overages, or obsolete items, and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with business needs and market demand.
