Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure that customers have a pleasant experience at all times
- Ensure that all sales officers and sales associates carry out their duties
- Receive products physically and electronically
- Take inventory
- Meet sales target
- Promote special sales and awareness of store loyalty program
- Maintain store security and look out for illegal
- Ensure that all assets on the premise are in good working condition
- Ensure all sales officers and associates compile a list of short-dated products
- Ensure smooth changing over of shifts
- Make a roaster for sales officers/associates on a weekly basis.
- Ensure that FIFO (First In First Out) rule is followed
- Ensure that the shop floor is organized and well stocked
- Remain calm while dealing with difficult customers
- Report discrepancies and issues to a superior officer
- Ensure that the entire facility is clean at all time
- Ensure that all rules and regulations as laid down by the organization are adhered to.

- Minimum educational level; HND
