- Ensuring excellent customer service standards in both settings.
- Addressing customer complaints and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Setting and meeting financial targets for both the supermarket and restaurant.
- Analyzing sales trends to improve profitability.
- Creating and implementing promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Coordinating events or offers that drive traffic and sales in both the supermarket and restaurant.
- Ensuring all operations adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and compliance.
