Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of all venue operations, including restaurant, bar, and events
- Manage and coordinate staff, ensuring excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory, food and beverage stock, and venue cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in running a hospitality venue (restaurant, bar, or event center)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
