Supervisor and Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Supervisory:

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
• Foster a positive and productive team environment
• Develop and implement team training and development programs

Project Management:

• Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, budget, and resources
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including setting roles and responsibilities
• Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage changes
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and requirements

People Management:

• Develop and implement talent development strategies
• Lead and manage teams, including coaching and mentoring
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
• Develop and implement strategic workforce plans
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams

Requirements: 

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field, with at least 1 - 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience in team management, leadership, and development
• Experience in project planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closur
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Preferred Qualification:

• Master's degree in a related field
• Certification in supervisor, project management and/ or people management
