Job Summary
The ideal candidate oversees day-to-day branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, monitors stock levels, maintains inventory records, and coordinates with the Loading and supply team for replenishments.

Job Description/Requirements
- Supervise and manage branch staff, including sales and loading teams, ensuring efficient performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, marketing activities, and team performance.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Branch Manager.
- Adaptable and able to work under intense pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with the supply team for replenishments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sub-distributors.
Requirements:
- Commitment to upholding Jofez Agro’s values of quality, customer satisfaction, and team.
- Ability to speak Igbo
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of poultry products
