Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining quality and service standards
- Supervising and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards
- Reports suspicious persons or actions to superiors
- Responding to customer feedback and resolving conflicts effectively
- Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients t
- Ensure that all staff make use of their checklist.
- Ensuring all staff follow strict personal safety, food safety, and food storage guidelines
- Interacting with customers to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service
- Creating innovative promotions and designing a marketing strategy
- Reducing operational costs and increasing productivity
- Communicates positively with colleagues and superiors to ensure effective teamwork and high morale
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous supervisory experience is compulsory
- Must have Hotel Front Desk experience
- Technical school or formal technical skills training
- Must be available to work weekends and some evenings
- Innovative and solution-driven
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000
