Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support customer service associates, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to assist customers.
- Actively interact with customers to address their needs and concerns, seeking to enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor daily operations of the customer service area, ensuring that standards are upheld and that staff is meeting performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve store-wide sales goals and promote special events or promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, providing insights to management for improvement strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Minimum of OND certificate is required
