Supply Chain Associate

Responsibilities:

• Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
• Analyze data to identify improvement areas and suggest improvements to the team and organization
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
• Develop supply chain requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)
• Oversee inventory procedures for all warehouse activities
• Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
• Evaluate vendor operations according to quality standards
• Collaborate with the sales team in identifying potential customers via interactions and networking for marketing available products, meeting the individual monthly sales goals and expectations
• Taking feedback from the customers, documenting, and working on them alongside the Customer Support and Sales team
• Making sure the customers are well informed about our processes and systems for our products and services
• Tracking and analyzing the sales performance weekly with the sales representative to meet overall sales goals
• Understanding the current market potentials and how to take advantage of them
• Timely updates and reporting of market situations and circumstances for organization interference
• Resolving customer complaints and issues with the Sales and Customer Support team if any before making the sale
• Help foster trusting relationships with business partners
• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
• Track KPIs and report on the supply chain’s performance
• Other relevant tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree holder
• Prior experience in a Supply Chain or Sales role
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g.inventory planning, warehouse management)
• Verbal & Written Communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google WorkSpace, CRM, and sales and logistics software programs.
• Excellent organizational skills
