Finceptive Limited is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Executive to drive new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the supply chain and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations, an ability to sell complex solutions, and a passion for customer success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target new sales opportunities within the supply chain industry.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate our supply chain solutions to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.

• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback to management.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the supply chain, finance, or related industry.

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client management.
