Role Description
We are seeking to recruit 3-5 NYSC Support Specialists to work in one of the following areas: IT Support, Customer Support, or Business Support.
The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and operation support, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, internal stakeholders.
This role is located in Lokoja, with flexibility for hybrid work.
Qualifications
- Must be currently serving or posted to Lokoja, Kogi State
- Bachelor's degree (Information Technology prefered but not compulsory)
- Analytical Skills and Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Customer Support experience
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous Experience in IT support, Customer or Business Support is a plus.
