Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker/Healthcare assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our patients and residents. As a Support Worker/HCA, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care and supporting our service users.

- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Support with mobility and transfers
- Assist with medication administration
- Support with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Assist with household tasks and laundry
- Support with daily living activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Compassionate and caring approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Existing experience in care is an advantage but not compulsory
- No existing criminal record in Nigeria or the United Kingdom
- Already have the Comprehensive Healthcare Training Certificate (CHTP) or you are willing to undertake the training
- Must be willing to relocate to the United Kingdom
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
