Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of surgical procedures following established protocols.
- Diagnose and treat patients, developing treatment plans based on best practices.
- Conduct routine pre-and post-operative care, including consultations and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records, documenting surgeries and recovery progress.
- Participate in ongoing training, conferences, and medical rounds.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards within the surgical environment.
Requirements:
- Medical degree with a specialization in surgery.
- Valid medical license to practice in Nigeria.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surgical Doctor in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Proficiency in surgical techniques, clinical assessments, and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time permanent role with shift rotations.
- On-call responsibilities as needed.
