Job Title: Surgical Product Sales Representative
Location: Kano State

Job Description:
Lithosmed Limited, a leading organization in the medical equipment and devices industry, is looking for dynamic, results-oriented Surgical Product Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare, driven by sales targets, and possess an in-depth understanding of medical products and the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a range of surgical products, including but not limited to surgical instruments, brain, orthopedics, ENT, spine stabilization systems, and hospital/theatre equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and provide technical information to healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and marketing, to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science related field (e.g., health sciences, biological sciences, sciences) or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
  • Candidates must reside in Kano.
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment and surgical devices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to speak hausa fluently
