System Integrator

Responsibilities:

System Integration & Implementation:

• Analyze system requirements and business needs to design and implement customized integration solutions.
• Configure and integrate third-party software, APIs, hardware devices, and legacy systems.
• Ensure all integrated systems operate efficiently, securely, and in sync across platforms.

Networking & IT Infrastructure:

• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to integrate networking systems and ensure reliable connectivity.
• Support the deployment of physical and cloud-based infrastructure in line with architectural standards.

 Cloud & Digital Transformation Support:

• Assist in cloud migration and integration of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Enable seamless connection of on-premise and cloud-based systems as part of clients' digital transformation journey.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

• Incorporate security best practices during system integration to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to identify and resolve integration vulnerabilities.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integrated systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve system compatibility issues or technical challenges.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with software developers, project managers, infrastructure engineers, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, integration plans, and technical procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in system integration, IT infrastructure, or related technical role.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, system scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash), and middleware.
• Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Networking certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+
• Integration tools and platforms: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Zapier, or similar
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
• Project management exposure (Agile, Scrum)
