Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, passionate, and results-oriented Project Manager to efficiently deliver our projects on time, and quality with zero LTI. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Detailed engineering design, reviews, and technical workflow management covering site survey, procurement, system assembly, factory testing, supervision of site installation & commissioning Automation, Fire & Gas, Electrical & Instrumentation Projects.
- Management of major bids and review of technical proposals, coordinate with internal sales and support external sales with customer meetings
- Work procedure development & reviews/ Assists business units in creating quality Documents.
- Project & Contract Management across industries (oil & gas, manufacturing, power & utilities)
- Responsible for leading meetings, preparing & maintaining project documentation, delegating tasks, effectively communicating project status, handling project risk, implementing change management & conducting training.
- Ensure schedules and roadmaps are communicated and shared with all stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the business and engineering teams to ensure business project needs are adequately met with technology solutions.
- Manage, plan, organize project activities and communicate project status regularly
- Support HR in obtaining key personnel to work on project teams while balancing business needs.
- Manage project risk and change requests and ensure the business is prepared for the change.
- Develop and maintain issues logs to ensure accountability for the resolution of key issues.
- Incorporate company's best practices for Project Management to ensure consistent project quality delivery
- Provide customers and stakeholders with alternatives when key problems surface on the project.
- Write formal business requirements documents for projects/enhancements, leading brainstorming sessions to gather requirements.
Requirements:
- B.Eng
- Lead & delivered above 5-10 Projects successfully
- Posses above 6-9+ years of working experience.
- Project Management Professional PMP Certification, training & experience in the oil & gas sector is an added advantage
- PMP Training & Certification is a major plus
- Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering background is required
- Ability to collaborate with different teams, utilize superior influencing skills, and demonstrate strong senior-level communication abilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Analytical proactive thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to lead work to tight deadlines and handle pressure
- Very good documentation & software skills e.g Microsoft Project, Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
