Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Resurgir Consulting.

As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and placing top-tier talent to help our clients achieve their business goals.

You’ll work closely with businesses to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure the perfect match between clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Partnership: Collaborate with businesses to fully understand their recruitment needs, company culture, and long-term goals. Develop customized recruitment strategies for each client.Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source high-quality candidates.

Screening and Interviewing: Review candidate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Placement Process: Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement through to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and talent market shifts process and beyond.

Reporting and Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to clients on the status of hiring processes, progress, and any challenges encountered.

Client and Candidate Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing expert guidance to ensure successful placements and satisfaction on both sides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting.Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and industry best practices.
• Previous experience in recruitment across diverse industries is an advantage.
• Experience with headhunting and executive search techniques, particularly for high-level or specialized roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) for efficient workflow and collaboration.
