  • You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
  • You will conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
  • You will facilitate new hire orientation and employee recognition programs to foster engagement.
  • You will oversee and execute HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave management, and employee relations.
  • You will handle employee inquiries, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution while escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • You will ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best HR practices.
  • You will stay updated on industry trends, HR regulations, and best practices to enhance workplace policies.
  • You will facilitate timely and constructive performance evaluations to support employee growth and company objectives.

To be considered, you should have...

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR functions, talent management, or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for tracking, reporting, and performance management.
  • The ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
