Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive career strategies for talent, aligning with their individual goals and aspirations.
- Identify and pursue suitable projects and opportunities through active networking and industry relationships.
- Prepare clients for auditions, interviews, and public appearances by providing coaching and guidance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, agents, and other industry professionals, ensuring favorable terms.
- Manage client schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with talents, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Advocate for talents' interests and protect their well-being throughout their career journey.
- Actively participate in industry events and networking functions to expand professional connections.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Talent Manager
- BSc/MSc
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and resourceful
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment
