Requirements
The Opportunity
As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will support a range of clients and senior executives by providing high-level administrative services, aided by advanced tools and technology. You'll be responsible for:
- Calendar Management: Assisting clients with managing their calendars, ensuring meetings and deadlines are seamlessly integrated
- Inbox Management: Supporting email management by sorting, prioritizing, and ensuring timely responses
- Travel Coordination: Organizing travel logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient planning
- General Admin Support: Providing proactive office and admin management, ensuring clients' needs are always met
- Client Communication: Maintaining excellent client relationships through timely, effective, and professional communication
- Research: Conducting indepth research as requested by the client and presenting it professionally for easy understanding
What We're Looking For
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using technology to improve efficiency, and you're quick to pick up new tools
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Communication: You communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring a smooth working relationship

Requirements
- Flexibility to work remotely within the UK time zone (GMT +/- 2 hours)
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 80 hours/month
- Ability to adapt easily in a fast paced environment
- Experience in a support or administrative role is a plus but not essential
