Job Title: Talent Sourcing and Human Resources Intern

Duration: 8 Months

Work Condition: Hybrid

Days on site: 3 Days Weekly

Functionally Reports to: Head of People Operations

Internal Relationship: Colleagues & Stakeholders

Job Summary:

As a Talent Sourcing and Human Resources Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and HR functions by identifying top talent, assisting in HR operations, and helping to create a positive employee experience. You will work closely with the recruitment team to source candidates, while also providing support in various HR initiatives. This internship offers exposure to a broad range of HR activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Outreach: Support the recruitment team in reaching out to candidates and conducting initial screenings.
  • Pipeline Building: Build a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.

Human Resources Support:

  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration for new employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, surveys, and feedback sessions.
  • HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining personnel files, preparing HR documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • HR Research: Conduct research on HR best practices, new trends, and industry insights to support HR initiatives and projects.

Collaboration and Learning:

  • Team Support: Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to support various HR and recruitment-related projects.
  • Learning Opportunities: Participate in HR and recruitment training sessions to expand your knowledge and understanding of HR operations.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to professionally interact with candidates and employees at all levels.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and a natural team player with a positive attitude.
  • Research Abilities: Ability to conduct detailed research on candidates, industry trends, and HR best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.


Education

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


Experience

Entry level. (Knowledge + passion.)
