Responsibilities:

Instruction and Lesson Delivery:

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies.
• Utilize diverse teaching methods (e.g., discussions, hands-on activities, digital tools) to cater to different learning styles.
• Incorporate life skills and critical thinking into lessons.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain a disciplined and structured classroom environment.
• Set clear rules and expectations to foster mutual respect and learning.
• Address behavioral issues promptly and constructively.

Student Assessment:

• Regularly evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and class participation.
• Provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs.

Curriculum Development:

• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a curriculum aligned with educational standards.
• Adapt lesson plans based on student performance and feedback.

Parental Engagement:

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s progress and challenges.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide actionable insights for student development.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated with educational trends, technology, and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school activities.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and assessments.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by the school management.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
