Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Deliver Lectures: Teach courses in Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Computer Science, and Banking & Finance, ensuring content is relevant and engaging.
• Develop Course Materials: Design and update syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials in alignment with the curriculum and academic standards.
• Assess Student Performance: Administer exams, quizzes, and projects; evaluate assignments, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Offer academic advising and support to students, helping them achieve their educational goals.
• Curriculum Development: Participate in the development and revision of curricula to enhance learning outcomes and keep pace with industry advancements.
• Stay updated with industry trends: Continuously research and integrate the latest developments and best practices in your field into your teaching methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues: Work with faculty members to improve course content, academic programs, and institutional objectives.
• Participate in Administrative Duties: Attend faculty meetings, contribute to departmental decisions, and assist with student affairs as required.
• Maintain Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, seminars, and academic conferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma
• 2 years of experience in related field
