Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Teaching Supervisor (Primary) who is expected to oversee teaching at the school and ensure the classes cover and meet the requirements set out by the governing body. Also expected to Develop and implement effective processes for the learning and development of children

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating an academic programme for students that meets national and international standards
- Working closely and communicating with students’ parents
- Helping assess students’ needs and development
- Selecting, training, supporting and assessing staff
- Providing guidance to staff to help resolve issues with students
- Using data to track student performance and produce reports
- Working with external advisors and school governors
- Controlling school finances
- Ensuring the safety of all children in the institution/programme
Requirements:
- Minimum of Masters in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the education sector or similar field
