Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents, guiding best practices and professional development.
- Set and track team performance goals, conducting regular reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market presence and drive sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and adjust team strategies accordingly.
- Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, customer service, and market insights.
- Facilitate team meetings to share updates, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Assist with complex negotiations and high-value transactions as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Valid real estate license.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
