Job Summary

We seek a motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a group of real estate agents to achieve their sales goals while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance team productivity and drive growth in the real estate market.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents, guiding best practices and professional development.
  • Set and track team performance goals, conducting regular reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market presence and drive sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust team strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, customer service, and market insights.
  • Facilitate team meetings to share updates, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes.
  • Assist with complex negotiations and high-value transactions as needed.

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
  • Valid real estate license.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
