The Team Lead will manage lending services to SMEs. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, trustworthy, team player with high proficiency in generating and managing credits/loans of SMEs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the generation of credits/loans for diversified clients, monitoring the credit facilities until it is fully liquidated and maintaining professional customer service
- Provide leadership to assigned team members.
- Generate loan assets to achieve the team’s monthly disbursement target.
- Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline deals and report the same on a weekly basis.
- Craft and continuously fine-tune our product management process. Develop new products, generating new business opportunities, by performing market research to identify customer needs/trends and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with KYC documentation in account opening and transaction documentation in line with the defined operations policy.
- Provide input to the formulation of the yearly business planning cycles.
- Know, interact, and participate in SME seminars and campaigns; in order to ensure an understanding of customers’ needs and rightly position Orange One in the minds of these key customer groups
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of cognate experience
- Degree in a related field
