Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and  implement client service strategies and policies that with the company’s broader business goals to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of client service representatives, providing them with ongoing training, mentoring, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries concerns, and issues are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Work cross-departmentally to identify and resolve client issues, ensuring smooth communication and swift resolution
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to today to foster trust, enhance loyalty, and promote long term partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics, using insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continual enhancements to service delivery


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles, with proven experience in driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring client retention.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with proven ability to motivate and guide teams towards success.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and deliver solutions in high pressure situations.
