Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters, including staff welfare, complaints, and grievances.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and assist in recruitment efforts, ensuring the right candidates are selected for various roles.
- Maintain records of staff/student attendance, performance, and compliance with policies.
- Ensure staff contracts and other HR documentation are properly maintained.
- Address issues related to employee relations, including managing any conflicts or challenges that may arise among staff.
