Team Lead Research & Development

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge research and development strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. Identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of researchers and developers. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
• Oversee the entire research and development process, from ideation and experimentation to product launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with departments such as Marketing and Sales to ensure that research initiatives align with business goals and market demands.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies. Identify and evaluate new research opportunities and integrate cutting-edge advancements into the R&D process.
• Safeguard the company’s innovations by securing patents and other forms of intellectual property protection.
• Monitor and evaluate research outcomes, utilizing data to drive improvement and refinement in ongoing projects.
