Team Lead Tenant Screening and Background Checking Service

Role Description:

As the Team Lead of Tenant Screening and Background Checking Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the team. Your primary objective will be to ensure the effective delivery of tenant screening and background checking services in alignment with the organization’s goals. You will lead a high-performance team, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth, while also marketing the client’s brand to generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the Tenant Screening and Background Checking Services team.
• Setting and achieving performance goals as outlined in the Business Plan.
• Building internal capabilities in people, processes, and technology.
• Promoting the brand and increasing visibility for tenant screening services.
• Supervising team members to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
• Coaching and motivating the team to align with organizational culture and values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline; an MBA or M.Sc. in a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience, with at least 4 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the background checking industry and familiarity with relevant technology.
• Previous experience in the Background Checking or Real Estate industry is a plus.
• Excellent business development, leadership, and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Technology savvy with a high level of proficiency in MS Office.
