Job Details
Operational Support:
- Assist in the daily operations of the retail division, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Transaction Settlement:
- Ensure accurate and timely settlement of all trades, subscriptions and payments.
- Reconcile transaction records with external counterparties and internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to settlements.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Assist in monitoring and managing operational risks.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of transactions and settlements.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance and settlement activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all transaction-related records.
Process Improvement:
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational enhancements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the retail division.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in retail operations or transaction settlement.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Experience with transaction processing systems and reconciliation is an asset
