Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying their company’s products or services.
- Communicating with customers before and after a sale.
- Delivering presentations to persuade customers to buy new products or services.
- Processing sales transactions and operating the cash register.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Provide detailed information and support on product capabilities.
- Being the deal owner for all your new deals in the funnel.
- Closing deals (80% of your time) but also some lead development.
- Transferring deals to account management after closing.
- Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale.
- Advising on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing or other specialist areas.
- Working with the team to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
- Creating detailed proposal documents and presenting them to clients.
- Setting up new sales approaches like data driven sales and partnering.
- Continuously providing feedback from prospects to the marketing and product teams.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers.
- Attending conferences to understand industry trends.
- Collaborating with senior executives to devise customer engagement strategies.
- Developing research methods to gain insight into customer values, needs and current opinions about the company.
- Analyzing customer satisfaction data to identify the company's current strengths and weaknesses.
- Using data to develop new strategies to improve customer relations.
- Writing reports that showcase current customer relations and suggest future strategies to promote business growth.
- Implementing new customer service strategies by training mid-level managers in new customer engagement techniques.
- Using and integrating new technologies into the business' customer service strategy.
- Understanding Customer Concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Ability to use AI Smartly, to create a business profile or product document using various IT tools.
- Ability to Sell.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to use Office Suite proficiently.
- Good looking.
Work Mode: Remote (Company is based in Awka)
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 Monthly
