As a Technical Account Agent at FlexiSAF, you’ll play an important role in building our customer pipeline and helping potential clients see the value in our solutions. By connecting with prospects, identifying opportunities, and supporting our sales efforts, you’ll contribute to meaningful results.

Job responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers through emails and calls to introduce our products and services.
- Help run awareness campaigns and follow up on new sales leads.
- Support customers through real-time chat, answering questions and assisting with product issues.
- Build positive relationships with customers by offering friendly and helpful service.
- Use our CRM tools to keep track of sales progress and stay organized.
- Get to know our products well so you can offer technical support and suggestions to customers.
- Work to resolve any customer concerns related to sales and service.

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.

- Some experience in Customer Success or a similar role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Comfortable working independently but also a collaborative team player.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to learn technical skills.
