Company Description
We are building Jali to be a Africa's Klarna or Afterpay. I am non technical and currently using no code apps flutterflow (for frontend) and Xano(for backend) and it's a struggle to say the least. I need technical help to finalise this and be ready to prove concept in 4 weeks.
I am looking for a very senior developer, preferably someone who has founded their own company before to lead the building while I focus on the selling. I am looking for passion, someone who is looking to build something for Africa. Someone who understands that while they have a 9-5, this is a priority as well.
A guru with fullstack code and very experienced with backend and APIs as we will need to connect our XANO LMS to the employer web app, employee mobile app and merchant web & mobile apps
Compensation
Jali is a baby and so far i am the only founder, I am willing to do an equal equity split with the right person. The goals is to be 3 founders, Myself, CTO and CFO this being a fintech.
