Technical Co-Founder for DakiyBuilds (Construction Management Solution)

Location: Remote (Preferred: Nigeria, West Africa, or nearby regions)

Are you a tech-savvy innovator ready to co-create an impact-driven solution in construction management? I'm seeking a Technical Co-Founder to join me in building DakiyBuilds, a contruction management solution tailored for the construction industry in Nigeria, West Africa, and with global scalability in mind. DakiyBuilds is currently in its early stages and is open to shaping a flexible tech stack, initially exploring React, Next.js and Supabase for the backend.

About DakiyBuilds

DakiyBuilds is designed to streamline construction processes and increase efficiency, helping eliminate costly overruns and delays in a rapidly developing industry. Built on insights from my previous work and deployed on Vercel, DakiyBuilds features tools for project management, budgeting, scheduling, team coordination, and document storage, all within a user-friendly interface. Currently, I'm a part of the Startup Wise Guys Founders Club (https://startupwiseguys.com/all-programs/the-founders-club/), which offers tremendous resources for scaling our venture — and they require a co-founder to continue our journey.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Experience: Proficiency in React, and Next.js, and familiarity with other scalable web technologies. Ability to handle architecture, development, and deployment in early-stage products.

Startup Mindset: Embrace the fast-paced, dynamic nature of early-stage startups with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

Vision Alignment: Passion for the construction industry and the drive to create a lasting impact by solving complex industry challenges.

Adaptability: Flexibility to refine and evolve the tech stack as needed, with an innovative mindset to explore new tools and methods.

(Optional) Business Acumen: Experience in business strategy, construction tech, or SaaS industry would be a plus, helping to align technical decisions with market needs.
