Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, and timelines, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including technical teams, marketing, and external partners.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to project requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during development and deployment.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical and project-related matters.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including detailed progress reports and performance metrics.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Continuously evaluate project management practices to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.
• Implement industry best practices and tools to optimize project workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in telecoms, fintech, or VAS industries.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Experience in API integrations, database management, and IT systems.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Asana.
• Experience with platforms like Confluence, Notion, or Google Workspace.

Certifications (Optional but Preferred):

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification.
