Technical Project Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Supervision: Lead safe access  system designs, installations, and safety programs in FMCG, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide technical leadership during audits.
• Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team on new opportunities, prepare project proposals, and deliver technical presentations. Offer expert advice during client meetings.
• Training & Compliance: Coordinate and deliver safety training on access and engineered  systems, fall protection, and work-at-height practices, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary technical contact throughout project lifecycles, fostering long-term client relationships.
• Safety & Compliance Documentation: Prepare project reports, and risk assessments, and ensure site inspections meet project specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in safety management within FMCG and manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience in safe access design, installation, and safety training.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
