This is a remote position.

Location: Lagos

Work Mode: Full Remote

Reports To: The Principal Consultant

About Company: Our client is a reputable consulting firm that specializes in Legal, Human Resources and Immigration Consulting service for small, mid and enterprise clients in Nigeria.

The Company is seeking a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive who is highly digital savvy and experienced in B2B sales, working with advance CRM and leading generating tools to join their team.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with ability to work on his/her own initiative and highly conversant latest lead generating and CRM tools in managing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend and setup the company’s CRM implementation
  • Develop and implement an effective BSB sales strategies for the firm
  • Identify and target prospective clients across diverse industries
  • Conduct market research to identify and qualify new sales opportunities and leads
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline of warm leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach.
  • Achievement of KPI’s set
  • Booking and arranging of first level meetings and calls for the principal consultant
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve company’s revenue and growth objectives.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business development initiatives, and market feedback.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Social Sciences/Business Admin or any relevant field.
  • Experience in sales and business development in professional services industry.
  • Highly digital savvy and conversant with latest lead generating tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Benefits

Compensation: Guaranteed Pay is N250k to N300k monthly net + Performance Bonus and other incentives.
