Job Summary

Bestbier Inspection Solutions is a specialist inspection equipment supplier and manufacturer. Our focus is to discover innovative solutions for specific and challenging inspection tasks. We are the official distributors for well known international equipment manufacturers in all of Sub-Saharan Africa We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to drive business development and sales of industrial inspection (NDT) equipment, including ultrasound, eddy current, radiography, and borescopes. The successful candidate will manage relationships with clients across industries such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals, and Agriculture, as well as their service providers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new clients while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide technical and commercial consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Report sales activities, results, and forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company professionally, fostering a positive image in the market.


Requirements:

  • Tertiary level qualification in a relevant technical field
  • 2–3 years of demonstrable sales experience in industrial or technical products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do mindset.
  • Fast learner
  • Technically minded
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.


Location: Port Harcourt (preferred) or Lagos
