Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Henriken Consulting HR Client Office in Lagos. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include leading the sales team, analyzing sales data, and fostering a positive sales environment.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in setting and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Proven track record of sales success
- Team leadership and motivation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
