Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Sales Manager who will lead sales initiatives and strategies to drive business growth within industries such as Cement, Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Oil & Gas, and FMCG. The role involves managing B2B sales relationships, promoting heavy machinery (generators, compressors, pumps), and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage corporate B2B relationships in relevant industries.
- Lead the sales process from planning to closing deals.
- Analyze market trends and recommend product enhancements.
- Oversee a team, providing coaching and leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of B2B sales and relationship management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering background is an advantage).
- Experience selling machinery or industrial products.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- MBA is a plus.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos State
Remuneration: NGN 450,000 NET (plus HMO, Pension, Leave Allowance, and Bi-annual Commission)
Work Type: Monday - Friday Onsite
