Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of QHSE to lead our QHSE department, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and driving continuous improvement in our quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with JCI's Integrated Management System and ISO certifications.
- Leading and managing all QHSE activities.
- Conducting internal and external audits in line with JCI's certifications and memberships.
- Liaising with external accreditation bodies to maintain JCI’s certifications and memberships.
- Overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of JCI’s QHSE policies.
- Supporting project teams to ensure quality standards are met on all projects.
- Lead internal and external audits for ISO standards and integrated systems.
- Document and manage findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions from audits.
- Provide training and support to departments on audit processes and standards.

Qualifications:
· B.Tech/B.Eng/B.Sc/HND in engineering or related field
· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in quality assurance/control within the Oil & Gas sector
· Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 45001 and 1SO 14001
· Demonstrable ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
· Knowledge of Oil & Gas training accreditations
