Job Title: Junior Tech Sales - SaaS

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Work Mode: On-site, Full-time

Salary: ₦150,000

A top SaaS company is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Tech Sales professional to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a basic understanding of SaaS products, and the drive to build a career in tech sales.

As a Junior Tech Sales representative, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process, generating leads, and engaging with potential customers to drive revenue.


Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound efforts (emails, calls, etc.).

- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads by reaching out to decision-makers in target companies.

- Initiate contact with prospects, schedule meetings, and conduct product demos to showcase the company's SaaS solutions.

- Assist the senior sales team in nurturing leads and closing deals by providing key information and support.

- Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects and customers, providing follow-up information and support throughout the sales cycle.

- Work with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s SaaS product offerings and understand how to communicate the value to potential clients.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive solutions.

- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials for client meetings.

- Use CRM tools to track and update sales activities, ensuring accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

- Provide feedback from prospects to the product team to improve offerings and address client needs.

- Track key sales metrics such as the number of leads generated, calls made, and deals closed.

- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the senior sales team and management.


Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in a Tech sales role

- Basic understanding of SaaS products and the tech industry.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.

- A passion for technology and sales, with a desire to grow in a tech sales career.
