Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research and write comprehensive, accurate content on advanced technical topics
- Develop documentation including white papers, technical guides, blog posts, and knowledge-base articles
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content for various audiences
- Create and maintain style guides to ensure consistency across all technical documentation
- Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends in the fields you'll be covering
- Review, edit, and revise content for technical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience writing technical documentation, preferably in software, cybersecurity, AI, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, cybersecurity principles, and emerging technologies
- Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
- Portfolio of technical writing samples
Nice to Have:
- Advanced degree in a technical field
- Knowledge of API documentation standards and tools
- Background in software development, cybersecurity, or data science
- Experience with documentation testing and validation

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
