Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Installation: Aid in the installation of home automation systems, including smart lighting, thermostats, security cameras, audio/video systems, and other connected devices.
- Wiring and Electrical Work: Support in running and connecting wires, configuring electrical panels, and ensuring proper connections for all devices and systems.
- System Configuration: Help in configuring and programming home automation systems to meet customer specifications and ensure seamless operation.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues with home automation systems and electrical components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Customer Interaction: Work alongside senior technicians to communicate with customers, explaining system operations and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment during all installation and maintenance activities.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest home automation technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of home automation systems.
