Telemarketer

Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided lists or leads.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you promote and effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team to pursue.
• Objection Handling: Address any objections or concerns prospects raise and intelligently provide suitable solutions or information to overcome objections. Escalate to the right channel.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for prospective clients to meet with sales representatives by persuading potential customers
• Follow-up: Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and follow up with them as needed to move them through the sales funnel.
• Meet Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly attendance quotas and performance targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive customer relationships to generate referrals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with telemarketing standard operating procedures rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/ BSC educational qualification preferred.
• Male and female are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Persuasive and results-oriented with the ability to handle objections.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ethical and compliant with telemarketing regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
