Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and self-generated contacts.
  • Deliver persuasive pitches tailored to Nimbou Cloud’s services (e.g., tech solutions, corporate support, media, or community programs).
  • Build rapport with decision-makers and qualify leads based on their needs and potential.
  • Convert cold leads into warm prospects by clearly articulating Nimbou Cloud’s value proposition.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
  • Track and report conversion rates, pipeline progress, and key metrics.
  • Accurately log all interactions, lead statuses, and notes in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM).
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, target lists, and strategies.
  • Share insights from prospect interactions to improve messaging and lead quality.
  • Identify new target industries, businesses, or decision-makers for outreach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to tailor conversations to prospect pain points.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads converted, and meetings booked.
  • Continuously refine techniques to improve call success rates.


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a telemarketing specialist
  • BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
