Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and self-generated contacts.
- Deliver persuasive pitches tailored to Nimbou Cloud’s services (e.g., tech solutions, corporate support, media, or community programs).
- Build rapport with decision-makers and qualify leads based on their needs and potential.
- Convert cold leads into warm prospects by clearly articulating Nimbou Cloud’s value proposition.
- Schedule follow-up meetings, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
- Track and report conversion rates, pipeline progress, and key metrics.
- Accurately log all interactions, lead statuses, and notes in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM).
- Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, target lists, and strategies.
- Share insights from prospect interactions to improve messaging and lead quality.
- Identify new target industries, businesses, or decision-makers for outreach.
- Stay updated on industry trends to tailor conversations to prospect pain points.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads converted, and meetings booked.
- Continuously refine techniques to improve call success rates.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a telemarketing specialist
- BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
