Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and compassionate Telemedicine Nurse to join our team in Nigeria. As a Telemedicine Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care via phone, video, or messaging, collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional telemedicine services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients, assessing symptoms and providing guidance.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Provide patient education on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with current Nigerian nursing license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in telemedicine or primary care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and electronic medical records.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Certification in telehealth or case management.
- Experience with EMR software.
