Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telephony Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell products or services to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to build rapport with clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with international clients, develop your sales expertise, and grow within a globally recognized BPO company.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound sales calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote and sell products or services to potential and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Use persuasive sales techniques to negotiate and close deals.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English: Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and fluently.
  • Excellent Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, telephony tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success.
  • Degree in any field of study. Having a degree in Mass Communication, English, Literature or related Field may be a plus
